Qualified investors must be able to discover the BBLC story, request access, review materials, and book management calls. The program must be compliant, internally consistent, and free of the retired iSwiped/iSwipe subsidiary and any parked divisions.

6. Content freeze checklist

7. Technical launch checklist

8. Compliance checklist

9. Open decisions / blockers

  1. Financial terms. What numbers replace [TBD] in the data room and one-pager? Need board / securities counsel sign-off.
  2. CRM / email endpoint. Do we use GoHighLevel, a Cloudflare Worker + email routing, or a self-hosted form processor? Need Augie's tool preference and IR contact email.
  3. Custom domains. Do we point bblc.io and investor.bblc.io now, or keep Pages subdomains for speed?
  4. Parked divisions. Keep legacy division pages live at direct URLs, or remove them from the deploy entirely?
  5. Staff portal access. Should the Investor Rollout HQ be password-protected beyond the data room?

10. Risk register

Risk Impact Likelihood Mitigation
[TBD] placeholders remain at launch High Medium Block public launch until approved numbers are in or hidden behind gate with disclaimer.
Investor apply form uses mailto only High High Build backend integration before first outbound blast.
Parked divisions still appear in public copy Medium High Run final grep across all public directories; treat hits as P0 bugs.
Legal review delayed High Medium Send drafts to counsel immediately; launch with fact-only copy if needed.
Domain/DNS not ready Low Medium Keep Pages subdomains live and redirect later.
Lead data commingled or not consented High Low Use per-tenant storage, consent log, and quarantine workflow.
