BBLC brand-options package status

Done:
- Fixed division grid/card CSS in public/brand-kit/divisions.html.
- Added TradeDNA wordmark placeholder note.
- Verified all brand-kit pages render as cards with accent top borders.
- Added Press plan link to main site topbar across all root HTML pages.
- Linted all public HTML and press-outreach-plan.md: clean.
- Rebuilt bblc-rollout-package.zip (17 MB) including public assets and bblc-rollout-package/press-outreach-plan.md.
- Deployed to Cloudflare Pages from Oscar using wrangler and the token in oction-site-editor/.env.
