## What changed

- Rebuilt and redeployed BBLC Dock to point to the canonical Pages URLs.
- Fixed bblc-brand-kit deploy target: moved stale `./dist` to `dist-ARCHIVED-20260929` and updated `wrangler.toml` to deploy `./public` (the actual Brand Kit portal).
- All deployable directories passed em-dash / en-dash / `.md` file lint.
- All five canonical URLs return HTTP 200.
- Added BBLC social strategy page for the 3-person BBLC execution team.
- Updated investment summary use-of-funds allocation: 35% compute/GPU infrastructure, 20% product/engineering, 20% sales/marketing, 10% compliance/legal, 10% operations/support, 5% strategic reserves.
- Reframed data room for public OTC market purchase: offering type set to "Public OTC market purchase", private-placement fields marked N/A, management ownership set to 50%, run-rate revenue set to "Pre-revenue", financial unknowns marked "Not disclosed", use-of-funds percentages applied to data room cards.
- Bulk-replaced stale commit-hash Pages URLs across investor rollout HTML files and `bblc-manifest.json` with canonical `bblc-investor-rollout.pages.dev` and `bblc-brand-options.pages.dev` URLs.
- Redeployed investor rollout to Cloudflare Pages.

## Remaining blockers

- Investor IR email still redacted in `investor-apply.html` mailto link.
- Outreach template contact details still use placeholders `[CEO phone / email]` / `[Team Member phone / email]` until BBLC team names and contacts are confirmed.

## Data Room downloads

- Added Oct 1 2026: Data Room downloads section live at `https://bblc-investor-rollout.pages.dev/data-room`.
- Files deployed to `public/assets/downloads/`:
  - `BBLC-Pitch-Deck-2026.pdf` (sourced from existing `bblc-brand-options` investor deck).
  - `BBLC-Financials-2026.xlsx` (generated from current data-room financial snapshot, use-of-funds, and capital structure).
- Both files return HTTP 200 with correct content types.

## Outreach templates

- Added Oct 1 2026: `go-live-content-strategy.html` now includes CEO, Team, and Co-signed variants for both email intro and press/media pitch.
- Signatures use placeholders `[CEO Name]`, `[CEO Title]`, `[Team Member Name]`, `[Team Member Title]` until BBLC team details are confirmed.

## Access codes

All password-protected BBLC properties now use a single access code:

- **bblc2026**

Properties affected:
- BBLC Dock: gate on the master link page
- BBLC Brand Kit: gate on each protected page
- BBLC Investor Rollout: gate on staff/data-room pages

Previously the Brand Kit used `BBLC2026` and the Investor Rollout used `bblc-rollout-2026`. Both were standardized to `bblc2026` and redeployed.
