## 1. Objective

Launch the BBLC "Open Access Grid" investor acquisition program so that qualified investors can discover the brand, request access, review materials, and book management calls. The program must be compliant, internally consistent, and free of the retired iSwiped/iSwipe subsidiary.

## 2. In scope

- Public brand site: https://bblc-brand-options.pages.dev/
- Investor Rollout HQ: https://bblc-investor-rollout.pages.dev/
- Password-protected data room (gate: `bblc-rollout-2026`)
- Investment summary, white paper, and investor application pages
- Brand kit / media kit
- PDF versions of investor materials
- 60-day investor acquisition sprint (group blast, email chain, LinkedIn, Telegram)
- CRM / lead handling pipeline

## 3. Out of scope (for this launch)

- Live trading or custody functionality
- Automated KYC/accreditation verification
- Custom mobile apps
- Full AGI/agent orchestration infrastructure

## 4. Success criteria

- All public pages load with no broken links, no iSwiped references, and no `[TBD]` placeholders visible to investors.
- Data room password works on mobile and desktop.
- Investor application captures data into a secure pipeline (not just a mailto link).
- All outbound copy has legal/disclaimer clearance.
- 1,000 vetted investor contacts added within 60 days of launch.
- 200 apply-page conversions and 50 management calls booked in that window.

## 6. Content freeze checklist

- [ ] No `iSwiped`, `iSwipe`, or `iswiped` strings in `public/`, `dist/`, or `bblc-rollout-package/`.
- [ ] No `[TBD]` visible on public investor pages (data room may keep placeholders behind gate with disclaimer until approved).
- [ ] Five divisions consistently named: Koilink, Orvexa, Capistral, InfernoGrid, TradeDNA.
- [ ] All empty HTML tags and broken cards removed.
- [ ] PDF downloads match live HTML.
- [ ] Media-kit boilerplate, press releases, and social copy use the five-division model.
- [ ] Every public page has a `<title>`, meta description, and favicon.

## 7. Technical launch checklist

- [ ] Both sites redeployed to Cloudflare Pages.
- [ ] Data room password gate tested on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and desktop.
- [ ] Investor apply form submits to a controlled backend or secure email; not just mailto.
- [ ] All PDF links work and files contain no stale iSwiped content.
- [ ] UTM parameters used on every outbound tracked link.
- [ ] Analytics dashboard captures page views and apply-page conversions.
- [ ] Custom domains configured if approved.
- [ ] Lead data isolated in per-tenant partition; unverified contacts remain in quarantine.

## 8. Compliance checklist

- [ ] Securities counsel reviews white paper, investment summary, data room, and outbound scripts.
- [ ] No investment advice or guaranteed-return language in any public or outbound copy.
- [ ] Accredited-investor disclaimers present where required.
- [ ] Every email contains an unsubscribe link and physical/business address.
- [ ] Investor application consent language reviewed.
- [ ] Forward-looking statements paired with risk disclaimers.

## 9. Open decisions / blockers

1. **Financial terms.** What numbers replace `[TBD]` in the data room and one-pager? Need board / securities counsel sign-off.
2. **CRM / email endpoint.** Do we use GoHighLevel, a Cloudflare Worker + email routing, or a self-hosted form processor? Need Augie's tool preference and IR contact email.
3. **Custom domains.** Do we point `bblc.io` and `investor.bblc.io` now, or keep Pages subdomains for speed?
4. **TradeDNA wordmark.** Can Leo supply a TradeDNA wordmark, or do we keep a placeholder note?
5. **Staff portal access.** Should the Investor Rollout HQ be password-protected beyond the data room?

## 10. Risk register

| Risk | Impact | Likelihood | Mitigation |
|---|---|---|---|
| `[TBD]` placeholders remain at launch | High | Medium | Block public launch until approved numbers are in or hidden behind gate with disclaimer. |
| Investor apply form uses mailto only | High | High | Build backend integration before first outbound blast. |
| iSwiped remnants in dist or rollout package | Medium | Medium | Run final grep across all directories; delete stale assets. |
| Legal review delayed | High | Medium | Send drafts to counsel immediately; launch with fact-only copy if needed. |
| Domain/DNS not ready | Low | Medium | Keep Pages subdomains live and redirect later. |
| Lead data commingled or not consented | High | Low | Use per-tenant storage, consent log, and quarantine workflow. |

## 11. Launch sequence

1. **T+0:** Approve this plan and assign owners.
2. **T+1:** Close content cleanup tasks (C1-C5).
3. **T+2:** Finalize TradeDNA asset, regenerate PDFs, update boilerplate.
4. **T+3:** Replace placeholders, implement apply-form backend, set up CRM and data pipeline.
5. **T+4:** Legal review, final QA, redeploy.
6. **T+5:** Configure custom domains/analytics and launch outbound campaign.
7. **T+6:** Weekly optimization begins.

Next step: Brandon to confirm financial placeholders, CRM choice, and domain decision so Julian can close the technical blockers.
