# BBLC WEBSITE BUILD — HANDOFF FOR JULIAN

Everything needed to build the bblc.io corporate site rebuild. Start with the build prompt; it is self-contained.

## Read in this order

## Folders

- **`images/`** — five placeholder JPEGs, correctly proportioned and swap-ready. **Not licensed photography** — see the shot list.
- **`reference/`** — context, not instructions. The Oction strategy, scope of work, compliance memo and client proposal, plus the working HTML mockup of the site. You do not need these to build, but `oction-bblc-compliance-memo.html` explains why the odd-looking rules exist, and `bblc-website-mockup.html` shows one resolved take on the layout.

## The short version

Pre-revenue microcap. Four platforms, two of them 19.9% minority stakes it does not control. The existing site reads as a promoted shell — neon styling, a market-sentiment widget, vague ecosystem language — and that is the problem being fixed.

**Primarily white. Photography-led. Conspicuously honest about what is not yet known.** Missing data prints as "Not yet available." Every platform carries a stage badge. Disclosure is a real section, not footer fine print.

Several rules will look like strange design choices. They are compliance requirements. Build as specified and raise anything you disagree with in `NOTES.md`.
